"Cx complaint unit doesn't clean dishes. Entered diag and found error code F4E3 motor fault. Ran test and unit filled but no activation from sump. Removed sump and found the connection going into motor was stuck. Also found the wire was wrapped around the sump tab. Wire seemed pinched and the connection came out in pieces.Reconnected mullex and replaced pump, ran test and sump didn't come on. CX is within manufacture warranty according to entitlements. unit does not have power on, on arrival. When unit was powered on unit shows f1e2 stuck button error. after clearing error unit shows f1e2 error again. Unit will need console replaced for repair. Was able to replace console with pre i.d part, tested unit and both bottom and top heated to 350*F and held temp. unit now works as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED"

after last trip out and repair of recharge per TL still 5-11 degrees and and up top rc section been okay... i called TL again and spoke to -9 in low 45 on high unplugged and took techline ROB nitrogen 20 min.. look for psi loss.. or bubble loss but advised after to cut and replace dryer then cand call back to document. i got to equaliztion psi of 8 low and 40 high and with operating psi of -9 low and 50 high with that info to low to be restriction belives its a leak but csnt determine where cal lto rechd cx unsure when with upcoming doc apts ..; ordrng 1 SSTCH (SS TCH) and 1 NITOGEN (nitrogen) and 1 W11109499 (dryer)
