The agitator bolt is backing out from no thread loack and causing loud rattle and clothes to get stuck under agitator. Also Nut from pulley back completely off as well and made the pulley, motor and belt to become defective. Unit also has poor water flow into unit caused byt inlet valve. Ordering agaitalr, pulley, motor. belt and inlet valve. Cannot reschedule due to part avaialability. "cx complaint unit was stuck on sensing. upon arrival found water supply turned off. had f8e1 long fill error stored. turned water supply on, ran autotest which completed properly. started normal wash and it started cycle. advised cx seems issue was just water supply turned off. she said she did that when troubleshooting and error is from someone else trying it this morning without turning water back on. said it was having issue before turning water off. it was just stuck on sensing forever. went back down ran calibration and autotest again. no errors came back. ran quickwash and waited for it to move off of sensing and it switched to wash after about 5min. advised cx to not watch it during sensing because it will pause and think sometimes and some cxs will think something is wrong."

"CX complains unit is in 'Demo Mode'. CX states they lost power in middle of night and unit went to demo mode and could not get unit out. CX is within manufacture warranty according to entitlements. unit does not have power on, on arrival. When unit was powered on unit shows f1e2 stuck button error. after clearing error unit shows f1e2 error again. Unit will need console replaced for repair. Was able to replace console with pre i.d part, tested unit and both bottom and top heated to 350*F and held temp. unit now works as designed, no further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED"

Also found ice build up on the bottom underneath drawer. Found the drain is clogged causing water to run down and freeze, then leak from under FC door. Ordering tubes and will unclog tube on return.
