Put unit into diagnostic test and unit showed f4e3-wash motor not running f7e1-no heat. Unit filled with water but did not circulate the water, unit is recieving 122.3vAC to sump motor but sump motor is not pumping. Unit will need sump replaced for repair. Quoted cx for sump replacement, cx does not want repair done at this time. Advised cx the quote will stand for 30 days and service fee will be covered for 30 days but after that quote may change and service fee will need to be paid again. CX does not want repair at this time, no further work needed unless cx calls in and agrees to repair. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

Customer complaint unit is not completing a cycle the motor keeps working after two house and does not complete the cycle. I ran teste and completed test. I then ran a quick wash and the unit gets to rinse and then it just gets stuck on drain and wil not stop drainning until another cycle is started or the unit evantually turns off. I ran a rinse and spin and the unit completed the cycle but the drain pump stays on. Unit needs control. Quoted 450.67. UI causing feedback to other boards that are the underlying cause of the issues the cx is having.
