Cx complaint is that the unit is still not deforsting. Upon arrival I found that the cx had just defrosted the unit a day ago. I entered diag and found that the thermistor is reading correct at the console. I then tested the thermistor at the evap and found it to be reading 12.8Kohms. I then entered into defrost and found that the heater is functioning. i called TL and informed them of my findings. WP recommended changing the control. Customer complaint unit is not cooling the refrigerator. I tested temps and it 0 degrees in the freezer but is 56 in the refrigerator. I tested the thermistor on the damper and is reading 8k tested at the board P5 1-2 reading same. Check air flow all is good and air is coming out of the diffuser at the moment. Looks like the control is not reading corrctly the sensor or the sensor is starting to go out and is not reading sometimes. The unit will needs control and diffuser. 0 control i/s. Cx complaint is that the compressor is getting hot and the unit is not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I plugged the unit is and found that the compressor turned on immediately.. I let it run for several minutes and found that it started to get warm and the lines had no noticable temperature changes. I also found that the interior had no signs of cooling. I found that the compressor is heating up due to a sealed system issue. I called safety and documented my findings. I found that the unit is not serviceable. Job complete
