CX complaint is unit will not always start. Inspected/tested and found CX has gas dryer hooked up to same outlet as WM. This is most likely effecting the control when both are running at same time. Suggested CX have dedicated outlet ran for dryer on its own breaker. Also suggested CX correct her drainage to give more pipe for water to drain before it hits the Ptrap.Ordering control to remedy issue CX says she will have electrician run dedicated outlet before we return. "F1e2 motor drive fault Customer complaint unit continues to spend slowly and never dries out clothes. After last visit, I had found the inlet valve in control needed to be changed due to a resistance reading that is bad for the inlet valve after replacing both parts and running diagnostic cycle I had no issues or no error codes . After the new parts were installed in, customer went to use unit he had found during a normal cycle in the spin cycle. The unit would spin very slow and continue to try and drain when I arrived. I found no error codes ran diagnostic cycle again and it completed cycle with no issue. Customer grabbed about 10 things and ran a quick wash. Unit filled washed and started to drain and spin and would not spin over about 200 RPM. Check for error codes and found error code above ordering parts for return visit and ordering extras just in case that way on return visit job is done will return when parts arrive.; ordrng 1 W11195971 (Motor) and 1 W11260238 (Stator) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W11510463 (Control)"

CX complaint was that the unit was making a loud noise during the agitation and spin cycle. I found a stored F7E6 error code. I cleared the code and spun the basket by hand and found a noise caused by the drive cam. I tilted the unit back and inspected under the unit . I found that drive cam nut completly off. I was able to inspect the splutch and foun d no issues. I used a impact gun and resecured the drive cam nut. I then tested unit and unit test good. "Confirmed cx complaint unit not producing ice in fridge, not keeping up with production in freezer. Tested unit temps, found fridge reading at 34 degrees, freezer at -1. Found ice maker mold full in freezer, freezer is producing. Found E5 error code in fridge ice maker. Confirmed ice maker fill function, ice box fan, and proper water flow to unit. Called techline and documented issue, techline advised that if everything checks OK that it can only be the ice maker. Cx states that production in freezer has decreased but it is likely that they are relying on it more due to the failure of the fridge ice maker and that it can't keep up with demand. "Cx complaint unit doesn't heat. Ran unit on timed dry set to high heat, ran for 5 min and unit heated to medium. Fpund the vent cover flaps outside aren't opening while running. The vent hose runs about 10-15 ft from back unit to the outside with 5 90 degree elbows inside joists through basement. Instructed cx to have vent hose cleaned unit to the outside. If unit still doesn't heat up to high, cx will call back. No parts needed at this time, unit runs as designed."

"Customers complaint brand new unit and they were afraid something was wrong due to the amount of noise coming from unit arrived today and inspected unit. Found unit is level suspension is tight and tub is perfectly round. Ran unit through test cycle found no error codes and found during test unit agitated and spun properly. Customer showed me a video of where the drain line is tapping the back of the unit, causing the noise during a spin cycle with clothes. I explain to them no matter what they do that hose is going to move due to it being connected to the outer tub. Explain to customer that they could use a zip tie and zip the line to the waterline or put an adhesive pad behind the unit so that the unit is not tapped by the drain line.unit is working as intended. Explained to customer how to use the machine properly job complete."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Cooktop is still clicking after burner is ignited. Called Whirlpool Techline Ref. Whirlpool had me check the voltage to the unit. I'm getting 121.7 volts. I then was told since the right front burner is the one that keep sparking to take the screws out of the right front burner head and make sure nothing is under it. Unit can't since the ground. Blew it out and whipped it down. Tested the unit. No clicking . Unit is working as Designed. ( Soon as the cx touch the unit. Unit started again. Cx left the unit on Ignite . I unplugged the unit. Tried again. Cooktop isn't clicking while burner is on. Advised the cx to not leave the switch on ignite. )
