Ran unit through diagnostic test and had no issues, ran unit through quick wash with full load with no issues, ran unit through 'color' wash with 3 pairs of jeans and unit makes squeeling sound when rotating the agitator. Unit does not make noise when turning motor or drive by hand. Called techline and spoke to Bruce SR#7735768803, who suggested checking the suspension, motor, and gearcase. "cx complaint is the unit not cooling at all. cx said they opened fridge and found it at room temp after not opened door for about 2 months. cx said compressor would come on for a few seconds then lights would go out and everything would stop. cx had electrion inspect outlet and he found no issues. when i arrived unit was room temp, evap fan was running. compressor cycled on for a few seconds then went off again. when compressor comes on amp draw jumps to 8.44amps. compressor is locked up. ordeing new compressor and couplers. schedule when all parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11370574 (compressor) and 1 W11504419 (tube) and 1 W11504420 (coupler)"

Cx complaint unit won't start. Found the lid won't go down all the way to latch. Inspected lid and the top screw on the left hinge won't tighten. This caused the lid to fragment and won't shut. Replaced lid using pre-id parts and the hinge screw using vanstock W11404293. Lid closes and locks to allow unit to start. Unit checks good
