"Cx concern that when using the cooktop the microwave fan comes on by itself and wont shut off when the buttons are pushed. Was able to access unit and verify concern. This is normal. The microwave ovens cooling fan, which is separate from the vent fan, automaticallycomes on during microwave oven operation to cool the microwave oven. It may also automatically come on and cycle on and off to cool the microwave ovens controls while the cooktop below is being used. Contacted techline. Unit operating as designed no further work needed"

Cx complaint is that the unit is not draining again and is throwing the F9E1 error as well. Upon arrival I entered diag and verified thge error code. i then attmepted to manually drain the unit. I heard the relay activate but the pump did not run. I tipped the unit back and found that the harness has failed in a different lacation than the previous tech had repaired. I was able to repair the harness temporarilly. I quoted the cx for the cost of replacing the harness. Cx paid in full.
