Cx complaint is that the unit is not draining properly. Upon arrvial I found that the unit has an F9E1. I attempted to manually run the drain in diag however I found that the unit is attempting to spin in all of the tests around the actual drain activation. I found that the control is not functioning properly. I accessed the control and tested the drai circuit at J13-2 and J13-3 and found it to read 14.5 Ohms. I quoted the cx for the cost of replacing the control. Cx paid the service call and will look at options.
