"CX complaint is that the unit is not completing a wash cycle as well as making a grinding sound during opperation. I found that the unit had a F8E1 and aF0E5 error stored in diag. I cleared the codes and ran a auot test . I found that the test completes the cycle , but the cold side valve is struggling to allow water in witch is causing a weezing sound from the inlet. I aslo found that the feet were on lowered causing the sheild to tap the floor with heaver loads of wash. I lowered the feet to raise the unit. I also found the splutch to be grinding due to a backed off drive cam nut. I secured the nut , but am ordering 1 splutch(W10721967) and shifter (W11481722). All parts are avalible, I have set a return date for 10/19; ordrng 1 W11038689 (water inlet valve) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11481722 (shifter)"
