I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Ice Maker isn't Dispensing Ice. Checked the Dispenser. Found that the Ice Maker is clogged with Ice. ( Advised the cx when using Crushed Ice to run Cubed Ice behind to knock out all Ice particles.) Removed all Ice from Dispenser. Tested the Dispenser. Unit is Dispensing Crushed / Cubed. Unit is working as Designed.

cx complaint: unit not cooling both sections. found fresh food section at 40 degrees. found freezer section at 0 degrees. found ice bin full. verified all fans are working. found water under deli UI but no corrosion on board and board is fully functional. found evidence of air penetration into freezer section. thawed ice buildup from evap cover and cavity. heated freezer door gasket to shape and ensured good seal to cabinet. found food items behind deli drawer. advised cx on food placement and to not overfill unit. unit is working as designed. collected for service call.

cx complaint door wont close due to damage. was able to access unit and found tub crushed in on itself and inner/outer doors bent in along with console damaged. due to the tub being so far pressed in unable to remove middle and upper rack and tracks. contacted techline and spoke to JR 7733662204. also contacted tradecare 7733662204. "Cx complaint that the unit is not drying clothes fully and giving a AF code. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit spins, heats but has poor airflow. The unit will heat better once the air duct is cleared of lint build up. The cx needs the air duct professionally cleared. The unit is working as designed. I collected the service call fee."

cx compalint unit sometimes wont start and will show start with a ? mark and if you hit start again it will start. inspected unit and confimred issue it did not start light is outinside i hit start again and it started. seems like a control panel issue becuase i did not open and close the door for it start but could be a bad door switch. ordering ui for return and marking switches use on return will need to be 2 countt job due to no parking outfront and have to park in the street and is a long walk to house with all my gear i need and might have to take 2 trips.; ordrng 1 W11093254 (control panel) and 1 2countjob (2 count job)

I installed the ordered drain pump and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

cx showed me the wall next to the refrigerator is wet. i see condensation in the top of the refrigerator. both door gaskets for the refrigerator are damaged and need to be replaced. cx also wants to replace the freezer door gasket cx showed me the freezer door handle is loose. found the water is leaking from the drain tube being blocked. the unit needs the door gaskets drain tub and to tighten the door handle on the freezer door; ordrng 2 8201809 (door gasket(209.74))s and 1 WPW10192907 (gasket(228.43)) and 1 2314064 (drain tube(49.67))

"cx complaint is the unit not completing cycles. cx said it just stops in the middle of the cycle with water inside unit. cx is able to drain unit by pressing cancel. i checked for codes and found F8E1 slow drain,F6E4 float switch open. cleared codes, ran service cycle. it completed cycle with no issues but i saw flow into the sink was slow. drain line looked very clogged at the end of the line where it attatches to disposal. i cleared debry and tested unit several more times. flow looks much better, no error codes appeared. unit is working as designed. cx paid 120 for service call."

Cs icemaker isnt working and water dispenser not working . I found the icemaker cycles good but it doesnt fill with water. Pulled unit out and found the water was off to the fridge. Turned water on and now the icemaker fills and dispenser works. Advised customer to allow 24h for icemaker to start making good ice. if icemaker doesnt make good ice pre-id icemaker. collected for svc call and air filter.

CX ccanceled with me at the door. He informed me that he bought a new unit. I am moving on.

"cx complaint unit has burning smell coming from inside of unit at end of cycle when they open it. was able to access unit verify proof of purchase. verified model/serial number and entered diagnostic and found no saved codes. ran unit through diagnostic cycle along with a drain and spin and unable to replicate issue. checked to make sure of no mechanical friction and checked belt, motor, and capacitor to verify no smells from them. ran unit through a quick wash with 4 bath towels and unit went through with no issues and no smells. unit operating as designed no further work needed"

Cx complaint is that the unit will not start a cycle and was making a loud noise when it did. Upon arrival I entered the unit into diag mode. I found an F7E4 and F7E3. I then attempted to run the quick test. The unit filled and drained but did not spin or agitate. I spun the basket by hand and could hear the bearings have failed. I then tipped the unit back and found that water had been leaking from the gearcase. I am ordering the needed parts and will need a 2 call count for the gearcase repair. As per Technical Service Pointer #: W11540964 found that the bushings matched those of the ones that needed changed and the serial number was within the range. Was able to access unit and replace parts. Tested unit and unit now checks good no further work needed

cx complaint unit stopped cleaning midway during the cycle. was able to access unit and enter diagnostic and found no saved `codes. found unit getting 120VAC. Ran cycle to verify and found contriol sending voltage but motor not pumping. replaced parts with pre-id and tested unit now operates as designed no further work needed

cx cancled when i called and talked to him on the vonage app. cx stated that they want to call the manufacturer and do more research before they go ahead with service. i advsied them that the manufacturer did send us out for this repair and to call us back once he is ready. cx agreed.

the cx showed me the right front burner is not heating good. there is a lot of air mixed with the gas. the unit is propane. found the simmer oriface blocked with fod. tried to remove and the flame is better but not great. the unit needs the conversion and right front burner. calling the office tomorrow about this conversion; ordrng 1 WPW10160187 (head(45.36)) and 1 W10221288 (conversion)
