techline bruce sr 7733664501 cx complaint ice maker not working arrived on site to find ice bin full. found both doors not sealing at top of cabinet. used straight edge to find doors look straight and cabinet looks straight but doors not sealing. tried moving cabinet and leveling it but it did not make a better seal. tried uploading pictures but i did not see an option to do it on service matters spoke to bruce sr 7733664501uploaded pictures waiting on response from whirlpool per what to do from here

Ran Service Test 57 - Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested. I then ran Service Test 45 - Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker Filled. Unit is starting to Cool. Unit is working as Designed.

CX complained the unit did not heat. Inspected the unit and found a open hi limit. Installed new tco kit and tested and it now heats. Job complete

cx complaint is a slight rattle in back of the unit.checked unit and cleaned and cleared all lint. replaced back 2 rollers and they were full of lint and idler woulnt spin free when trying to spin it. lubed up the rest of the moving parts and made sure things were tight. unit runs quiet. cx will try a few cycles and see how unit does now. job complete.

cx says when the knobs ar turned the unit doesnt ignite. found the knobs are cracked not allowing the valves t turn. knobs are not covered and the cx does not wish to order them. turned the valves and all ignite and function properly. the unit is now good

Cs door handle is stripped and falls off. I found the screws not to be stripped . the screws are just loose. I tightened everything down and tested unit. Unit is now working properly. Collected for the svc call.

Cx cancelled at door. Had dryer serviced recently and have had no issues with the washer. Job complete

"cx complaint lower spray arm getting caught on filter and long cycle times. cycles are 4hours, runs wash for at least 3 hours before drying starts. inspected unit and verified complaint. found filter insert not snapped in fully. reinstalled filter correctly and now spray arm will clear it. found cx using normal or prowash with heated dry. cycle times cx mentions seem normal. advised cx i will usually see cycles run for over 3 hours but selecting hi temp wash will shorten run time to under 3 hours. ran diagnostics, no errors. ran test cycle, everything running properly. advised cx to try using hi temp wash with or without heated dry and see if that helps. cx understands. unit operating as designed at this time."

cx complaint unit wont power up or turn on and door is locked. tested and checked unit and found CCU bad. replaced and was able to turn unit on and run. uniut checks. job complete.

Cs Stove doesnt light. I found a loose electrical connector to the ignitor that wasnt secured not allowing unit to turn on. Secured connector and tested unit. Unit is now working properly.

the unit is outside at the pool. put the unit into diagnostics and the unit is not filling but i hear it trying. water off and when turned on lots of water spilling out of the unit. the water valve is broken in half. activated the compressor and the unit is starting the compressor but soundng horrible. found 3.75aac in diagnosic cycle and doesnt drop temp below 4.5f before turning off. informed cx tht there may be problems in the water system after the valve is replaced since i cant test for leaks after the valve. showed the cx location requirements in owners manual. the cx does not wish to proceed at this time; ordrng 1 W10585391 (valve(168.49)) and 1 WPW10605286 (compressor(537.23)) and 1 W10843121 (drier(34.71))

installed ordered part and tested unit for cx. unit is now running and heating properly. unit is workign as designed. cx paid 110 for labor.

complaint is the unit not making ice or dispensing water for over 3 weeks. cx said the day he made the appointment the unit started working properly again. when i arrived unit was set to recomended temps. my prob shows 37/-1. i found the ice bin is about half full of ice. water dispensor works properly. IM cycled on its own and filled properly while i was at the house. unit is working properly right now. i called techline to document. they had me check the pantry UI. its working but i found water under the board. 7733660687. ordering door with panty UI and harness for return visit. marking UI for use on return to be safe. schedule when all parts are available. please 2 count to allow time to replace harness as interior and doors will have to be removed from unit to replace it.; ordrng 1 W10815669 (dor-fip ss) and 1 W11170612 (harns-wire) and 1 2count (2 count)

cx says the ice maker is not working but the water dispenser is. ran test 44 and the ice maker harvests but gets a 23(switch or motor) fault. test 45 the tray returns to home but never finds home on the display. cannot test fill so holding the valve until return. the unit needs the ice maker; ordrng 1 W10873791 (icemaker)

cx complaint unit not dispensing detergent. checked unit to find detergent dispenser not making good contact. cleaned dispenser and tested again unit is dispensing detergent. changed concentration from 10x to 6x to add a bit more detergent. tested unit working as designed

replaced control. ran diagnostic cycle to test. unit is fully functional and working as designed.

CX complaint about oven not working properly inspected and found that oven had a weak spark replaced ignitor from preid and working properly explained to CX features of this model for oven usage advised Cx not to use aluminum foil on the bottom of the oven and showed them on the manual parts that states so working properly now

cx has lowes contract. called office. advised that cx needs to call lowes and have job redispatched. no service provided.

Upon arrival CX stated the unit has started to make ice and did not want ice maker changed

installed new switch. unit working properly.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Freezer Section is Leaking Water. Checked the Freezer Section. Found that the Evaporator Pan is cracked and Water is dropping from the Drain Pan to the lower liner of the Freezer. Water then will freeze causing the Drawer hard to pull out. Evaporator Pan / Cover = 2204504. Parts are no longer available. ( Please see Sd Pictures if any questions.)Cx paid for the Service call by Card. Cx is paid in full.

Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit cx had video recordings that sound like a stuck coin. Upon first inspection found a loose quarter stuck in the wash plate area. Removed ran tests found slight vibration removed and replaced the rotor and the slider tested and inspected for proper use unit now functions normally.

I installed the ordered part and tested the unit for the cx. The IM fill tube was clogged with ice from the slow leak of warm air coming into the fill tube from the back of the unit. I lined the fill tuve with permagum to prevent this issue in the future. The unit is working as designed.

called the office twice with no answer. finally i called the cx myself and the cx told me that they are not home and will not be home any time soon. they asked if they could reschedule. i let them know that the office will contact them.

"Could not safely uninstall dishwasher to change element. If cx would like the SP done, they will have to have the dishwasher uninstalled and then call us back. Job is complete."
