the unit was unplugged when i arrived. cx says the oven heats while plugged in. plugged the unit in and found no faults in memory. found 120/240/120vac to the unit. the bake element is getting 0vac while the convection element is getting 120vac while not in cycle. moved the harness and saw a spark from the connection. felt around and no damage to the harness but a black mark on the convection disconnect. added insulation to the harness and moved away from connectors when reinstalling. the unit is no longer heating in diagnostics by the sensor. the unit i snow good

I ran a service and diagnostic cycle, I did not notice any weird noises or smells and all components passed. Cx complaint is that the unit will not start a cycle and was making a loud noise when it did. Upon arrival I entered the unit into diag mode. I found an F7E4 and F7E3. I then attempted to run the quick test. The unit filled and drained but did not spin or agitate. I spun the basket by hand and could hear the bearings have failed. I then tipped the unit back and found that water had been leaking from the gearcase. I am ordering the needed parts and will need a 2 call count for the gearcase repair.
