Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling in either section. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I then Plugged the unit in and found that all of the fans were working and the compressor was working as well. I noticed that the drier had been changed and had a uv dye dryer installed. I used my UV light and found dye in the drip pan. I informed the cx that the unit will need a Sealed system repair. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair and that the RC evap is showing that it is NLA. Cx paid the service call but will not be going thru with the repair. Job complete

checked over unit did find oily line on compressor but first tech said he had issue with it sealing. i can confirm if its leaking or not or where and this is lockring so i would need a new compressor to fix it if leaking or nitrogen to flush system then mabe braze it in. i recovered freon seemed really full or maybe is sucking in air. i vacumed unit ddown and held vacume then filled to 2.4 oz of r600 and started cooling. told cx to call us back tomorrow if unit does not freeze.

replaced ui and similar issue cooling is turned off now and ui will not respond so put old one back in and that one says po and blinks and will not respond. so put new on back in and notcied ice disepsner button not working seems to be stuck on. removed ice pad and took it apart to find the control on the pad was not inpalce so fixed that and put unit back together and tested ui now responds great and water and ice dispenses. i legit had to take pad apart and could have damaged the life of it so ordering new ice pad to prevent a call back on the pad; ordrng 1 WPW10353848 (ice pad)

Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling properly. Upon arrival I found that the cx had a fridge thermometer in it and it was reading 43. I checked the fridge temp with my thermocoupler and found that the temp was 38 degrees. I found a small piece of foam in the opening vent for the RC. I removed the foam and found that the auir flow is now not restricted. Unit is now functioning as inteded. Job complete.

Upon arrival I was able to enter into diag mode and found an F2E1. I cleared the code and the unit completed the test but the code persisted. I then started a bake cycle and found that the unti completely shut off and the the cycle canceled. It then came back on but the cycle did not restart.
