"cx complaint is the unit running on its own, lights turing on/off by themselves and beeping by itself. cx said she came home one day and unit was running a broil cycle, display showed cycle running and unit was at 500 degrees, very hot in the house. when i arrived power was off. turned power on and checked for codes. found none saved. temp prob is reading correct temp for the room. monitored unit for a few min but it did nothing strange. i called techline to document. they said they have not had any known issues with this model but advised replacing control and panel to be safe. they also said when new parts are replaced to swap the L1 and L2 at the terminal block in case of interference. 7733681655. ordering parts. advised cx to only power unit on when in use then turn off.; ordrng 1 W10894098 (control board) and 1 W10893947 (panl-cntrl)"
