Per previous diag I was able to tranfers everything over to the new tub. I also replaced the outer door I was unable to test the unit due to it being in a garage and uninstalled from upstairs. Job complete.

cx complaint items still damp on more dry explained the way the sensor works with if it's towels the sensor senses moisture and being damp and towels wrapping things up will or can cause issue once in a while so with towels using towels setting is good.

Customer complaint unit is not working. I tested unit and the unit is getting power to the filter board but not to the control board. I tested the cavity fuse and is out. replace cabity fuse and is back to normal operations. The CX did not have pop but the unit is less thatn a year on serial number tag.

"Cx complaint is unit not cooling properly. Tetsed inspected and verifed complaint. Found a ball of ice on the cap tube in the FC on arrival. FC temps were about 20. All thermistors tested good, ran test 4 and had no frost pattern. 3 way valve appeared to be working properly. Unit is brand new and the FC hasnt got down to 0 degrees since they plugged it in. Unit is low on refrigerant, possibly from the factory charge. No obvious signs of leaks. Ordering coupler and dye drier. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is Freezing items in the Refrigerator Section. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 3 - Evaporator Fan & Damper Test. Damper is Opening / Closing.Checked the units Temperatures at the User Interface. Refrigerator is set to 38 Degrees and Freezer is set to 0 Degrees. Checked the Freezer Section. Found good is pushed to the back of the Freezer Section against the Evaporator Cover. This is causing air to blow colder in the refrigerator section. ( Advised that the cx doesn't pack the freezer the way it is. Advised that food shouldn't go past the End of the shelf. I also advised to the cx about how to load the Refrigerator Section. There is a sticker saying don't put food under / by the Damper Control. It could cause the food to freeze.) If any questions please check Sd Pictures. This call is a Use & Care Call. Advised to the cx they only get one of these types of calls. If the cx doesn't change anything they will need to pay a service call. I advised the Cx to call whirlpool for a manual cause they are claiming they didn't get one.

I documented the component in pics, The original pump assembly did not have the component centered in pic. Only difference between old and new pump assembly is the diverter on the new one which is not on original. Cannot reschedule dsue to research needed.; ordrng 1 W11025157 (pump&motor)"

CX complai t was that the R C was not cooling. I foun d that the the unit had air gaps in the FC and the RC door. I foun d a large amoput of con disaion / snow in the FC . I foun d iot to be have clogged the air ducts to the RC causing no air flow to RC. I was able to access the Evap and foun d a good frost pattern. I cleared the blockages with a steamer and used a heat gun to correct the gasket gapping. Unit test good.

I found the unit is getting 124v from the wall and to the unit, however it is not starting at all. I checked the connectors from the main power to the control and they are secure. The control LED is not blinking at all. The cx said it stopped working after the recent power outage during the thunderstorm. The unit will need a new control and UI control at least. I left a quote with the cx and collected the service call fee."
