Informed office and was told to tell CX he would need to pay for 2nd tech. CX ended up removing oven by himself and cutting silicone from cooktop to remove it. Located MS#. CX states unit is only 3 yrs old. The parts that are needed are covered for 5yr(parts only). CX wants to try and locate his receipt. Quoted CX 1124.25. He paid the 120 SC fee in cash. Quote is saved. CX is willing to pay the 90 for 2nd tech if he continues with repair. Marked both part for return because CX is most likely going through with repair. Informed him he has 30 days.
