"installed swtich. didnt make a damn bit of difference. tried running a spin cycle. lid latched, drain pump ran. drum jerked a little but did not spin. unit displayed E4 lid open error code. called techline and spoke with the same guy as the first time i called. he had me check voltage to the drive motor from the board and ohm the motor. motor is in spec and getting 120vac. techsheet says to replace control board though techline didnt know why it needs to be replaced if the board is sending proper voltage and motor is in spec. 7733699061. ordering control as advised by techline per the techsheet. i charged the cx the difference between the lid latch and the control so lid latch can be returned. old lid latch is back on the unit. schedule cx when part is available.; ordrng 1 W11189137 (contol board)"

"cx complaint is the unit making a grinding noise. confirmed complaint. noise starts as soon as the drum starts turning. found like metal scraping in one spot every rotation. i inspected and found the cabinet is damaged at the rear left and the right side of cabinet is bowed inward. i took the top off and found scrap marks on the drum. it is hitting the right side of the cabinet when it turns. drum does not look warpped. unit will need new sides and rear of cabinet. ordering bulkhead and base as well. when bulkhead it put it place the cabinet pulls to the left a lot. not sure if bulkhead is also warpped/damaged. ordering base to be safe. i found a screw and a thermisitor in the bottom of the unit. parts are not missing from unit, they seem to be extra parts. ordering all panels and bulkhead; ordrng 1 W10673491 (bulkhead) and 1 W11315726 (panel) and 1 W11321018 (panel) and 1 W10487430 (panel-rear) and 1 W11215531 (base) and 1 2count (2 count)"

"cx complaint is the unit sparking constantly when not in use. cx said they got up in middle of the night and heard it spraking so they unplugged it. said it was flashing a code as well. i restored power and found F1E0 board failure, F2E1 stuck key. i left gas turned off but tried each burner. all spark properly and stop sparking when turned off. turned gas on. started each burner 1 at a time. all worked properly left all 5 burners on for a while and flames stayed steady, unit worked properly. ordering control board per error codes and marking module for use on return just in case. shceudle when parts are avaialble.; ordrng 1 W11258611 (control board)"

CX explained how wter drained onto floor and recently couldnt close 2 patry drawers which is most likely because of ice build up on RC evap. Pulled drain tube and found it was completely clogged with debris. Asked CX if they had any issues with light on top of no cool and no ice. Their answer was no. Cleared drain tube and reinstalled.
