Cx complaint that the unit is not finishing the cycles. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the cold water pressure is very low again. The previous tech recommended they install screen hose filters to prevent this issue. The well water sediment is clogging the cold side now. I removed the sediment as best as I could the unit is now working as designed. The cx need screen hose filter to catch the sediment and clear the line themselves.

"cx complaint on first use after unit was exchanged, unit wouldnt power off so cx had to turn off breaker, also when sitting idle when unit will press buttons on its own. inspected unit and verified compliaint, watched unit press buttons on its own. called techline to document assuming cx just needs to connect to app for software updates, 7733711260. techline said it was more earlier models that need software updates and this one shouldnt need it and that since its pressing buttons on its own then its a console issue and to make sure ui wires arent pinched. power supply tests good and no updates on cx app. ordering console and marking control as will use on return. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on part; ordrng 1 W11600321 (console)"
