cx complaint similair issues after repair. inspected unit and then checked for errors and had 8 1 6 3 . checked diverter disc and i do not think it was installed right. it came right out seems like it was not in slot so fixed that then ran unit and still is acting weird. when you run a cycle and gets to the first draining part it stays draining for 4 plus minutes. replaced drain pump and same issue. called techline adrian 7733784343 we did some test and he said has to be issu with the main control. so reordering main control and gettong couple extra parts for return. send only me back please; ordrng 1 W11105144 (console) and 1 W10866125 (control) and 1 WPW10195039 (switch) and 1 WPW10705575 (owi) and 1 WPW10327249 (valve incase)

Ran test mode, no errors. Inspected filters, found hybridcare filter completely clogged, cx never cleaned it. Called tech line, spoke to Bruce, he was unable to document my call. Bruce stated that the clogged filter and the poor ventilation are most likely cause of moisture formation, water dripping and also cause of long time to dry. Advised cx"

Ran a sensor cycle using a piece of wet paper towel on the sensor bars. the cycle ended when the paper was complately dry. Called tech line, spoke to Bruce ( 7733784170). Based on the tests I have done he thinks the unit is working as designed. He raccomended to replace the existing vent flexible pipe with a rigid one for safety reasons and to improve the performance of the dryer. Advised cx"

cx says the unit has had to dry the float switch twice since the last repair. cx says they use the unit every day. put the unit into diagnostics and found a f9e2(drain motor) and a f8e4(overfill). ran diagnostic and no error codes. the unit did drain. no leaking from anywhere under the unit during the cycle. there is a small amount of dried soap in the right side of the tray. ran a normal cycle for 15 minutes and nothing is leaking. called tech support and spoke with a rich. the system is down so cannot get a file number. added a pod to the wash cycle and washed for 10 minutes and there is a lot of suds. the cx needs to run a clean cycle and may have an old package of soap. the unit needs the other parts still; saved tckt

Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling in either section. Upon arrival I tested the fans and found that all the fans were working. I then tested the compressor/condensor fan and was unable to hear the compressor running. I then pulled the cover off of the back and found that the compressor was cold and not running. I found that the comp had 122 VAC going to it. I thenremoved the start device and did a resistence check on the windings and found that they were reading OL. I spoke with MM and EW and will be ordering a sealed system repair. And a 3 call count .
