I tried to explained thing that she can do to help not damaging but the customer got really upset and she told me that she is not using it anymore and she wants a replacement. I told her she needs to call customer service and she said that Whirlpool told her that I have to say it needs to replaced. I dont know why whirlpool is saying that when we dont have no control on PEX. The unit is working i call techline and their system is down but we tested a few things. Then we found the soil level is to heavy and i tried to tell her to use ligh soil to keep the unit from agitating to hard. But she wants a replacement. CX is calling customer service.

"Cx complained the unit did not clean well. Inspected the unit and found some of the dishes cloudy. In diagnostics, the motor does run with pressure but there are several error codes. 3.3 for owi failed calibration, 7.1 for no heat at 8.1 for drain problem. The unit does drain and heat. The spray arms are not carrying water to the dishes also the unit stopped washing during the diagnostics test.
