I ran a normal cycle, the unit heated, tumbled but had bad airflow. I pulled out the unit and found the duct hose bent and kinked not allowing any airflow. The wall outlet was covered in lint. I removed the lint and repaired the duct hose to an appropriate length and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I never turn off or made the noise the cx claimed, I told her to record the noise next time it happens. I collected the service call fee"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is loud in the Spin Cycle. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes = 8:88. I then ran Service Test 51 on the unit. In the Spin Cycle Washer sounds like a plane is going to take off. Checked the motor. Motor is tight. I then checked the Tub. Tub Ring is tight as well. Unit will need the Gearcase. Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit found cx did not understand how these ovens work had to show cx step by step how the oven works how it cycles and did temperature checks unit heated to 375 F first time down to 325 F which averaged 350 F then second time 382 F down to 318 F averaging 350 F again unit is working as designed cx was unaware unit fluctuations so much was under impression when set to 350 it stays and maintains explained how this flux and instructed on proper use and care tips for this unit. Unit is working as designed.
