"cx complaintn of f8-e4 error code and cannot use unit. checked unit and founf the following codes, f9-e2, f8-e4. checked under unit and found a small amount of water in drio tray setting off sensor. removed water from tray. water came from left hand side of unit through overflow assy. front legs of unit bottomed out causing water to rush towards front of unit. cx also stated she had large dog bowls inside on left hand side facing horizontally where bottom of bowls were right next to the iner door causing water to rush into overflow assy. tested unit 3 separate times with no evidence of any futher leaks after lifting front legs about 1/4 inch. advised cx to be mindful of how she places items in unit right in front of the door. unit is working as designed."

"SR 7733845681.. cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit found ice maker cycles properly and has water in tray halfway through the ice making cycle cx states she uses this icemaker daily cx had a full cup of drink filled with ice cx husband came down from upstairs removed a drink from refrigerator again full of ice however ice bin is currently empty and no ice cube trays making alternative ice. Seemed suspicious cx kept implying that she talked to whirlpool that I needed to call techline and they would authorize a new refrigerator because they are not happy with it. Informed cx I will call techline explained to techline the situation and unit is making ice however it cannot keep up with cx wants. Cx stated she uses it daily. Informed cx unit takes 24 hours to make 56 to 72 cubes, requires 2 to 3 days to fill bin and 3 to 4 hours per batch she stated it wasn't enough. Ice maker is working as designed cannot keep up with demand. Left cx SR number for cx support"

"Cx complaint that the unit is not starting cycles. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found a f7e1 error code. I ran an auto cycle and it did not agitate at all and when it got to spin it flashed f7e1 then stopped the service cycle completely. I checked the actuator and the arm is in place and the connector is good. I ran manual spin and agitate, it just hummed. I attempted agitate again and spun the belt a little by hand then it began to agitate. I attempted drain, spin and agitate multiple times and it was intermitent a few times. The unit will need a new capacitor and control to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11395618 (capacitor)"

I checked power at the control and it was getting nothing. I checked the terminal block connectors and found the neutral wire loose. "Cx complaint that the unit is not showing any display on the UI console. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the unit is getting power, the oven lights work and the unit chimes when buttons are pressed on the UI console. The unit will need a new UI console and control to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the parts for the return visit. I called the builder's number and he paid the service call fee only by CC. He does not want to fix an oven this old for that price.; ordrng 1 WP8301848 (control board 153.35) and 1 WPW10161676 (switch membrane 213.25)"
