when arrived to repair gearcase found the washplate is seized on the gearcase shaft. will need a rebuild now of the tub job not being able to remove spin basket and will require a 2 tech and 2 count tub job and 2 tech to successfully carefully remove old basket without damagain surrounding area. cx would rather not have ship to house to do being having to move to basement; ordrng 1 2tech (2 tech) and 1 2count (2 count) and 1 W10775188 (washplate) and 1 W10811957 (basket) and 1 W11219115 (outter tub) and 1 W10754161 (rotor)

"complaint is unit making a grinding noise during cycle. cx was still able to finish cycle. started another cycle and unit made grinding noise, shut off and water leaked into the dain pan under unit. unit now trips the breaker when she tries using it. when i arrived unit was plugged in and pan was full of water. i unplugged unit, removed water from pan. shield is hitting the drian pan, belt is hitting the sheild. water is leaking through gearcase. no damage to tub that i can see from top or bottom of unit. removed tub ring to inspected down sides of tub, its dirty but cant see any damage. drain pump is 19.9ohms, in spec. suspension does not feel worn, unit is sitting level. unit will need gearcase, drive pulley, belt, shield and drive motor for return visit. gave cx quote. she paid service; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (drive pulley) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W11283592 (motor-drve) and 1 W11409708 (shield)"
