cx complaint is water leaking from ice dispensor and now the unit is not making ice. water dispensor works fine. i could not removed the bin. found ice build up holding it in place. once melted i could remove bin and found IM covered in ice build up. i removed IM assembly and cleared all ice from it. found debry from cabinet insulation clogging the funnel on IM. once clear i put IM back and restored power. IM cycled on its own and filled properly. unit is working as designed.
