The complaint was unclear and the cx not very collaborative. Ran several short cooking cycle with water. The unit worked as designed, the sound was normal, the mag cooling fan ran all the time. I asked the cx to cook something for 15 minute, but she didn't want to. I was unable to replicate any issues, the unit worked as designed."

Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling properly in the RC section. Upon arrival I found that the rc is at 45 degrees. I then found that the FC is at 5 degrees. I verified that the unit has air flow from the FC. I removed the evap cover and found that the unit has a good frost pattern. I also inspected the return dusts and the inlet port and found that there are no obstructions or defects. I also found that the thermostat probe has a kink in it that i was unable to get out. I am ordering the thermostat. I was able to set the return visit for Wednesday 5/10.; ordrng 1 WPW10511937 (Thermostat)

"cx complaint is teh unit not cooling again. when i arrived unit was empty and evap cover was covered in ice. temps in RC are 65, FC is 51. diagnostics shows defrost sensor as open. defrsot heater does not heat. after a few min it started working and deforst sensor started reading as a pass. i melted ice and inspected. found no loose connections. thermistor reads 8.8k ohms in ice water. i called techline and they advised issue is with thermitor dispite it reading correctly in ice water. replaced thermistor with preIDed part and restored power. defrost sensor reads as a pass. ordering control board. schedule when part is available.; ordrng 1 W11566851 (control board)"

At the control j2 2 -3 drain pump is 19 ohms. At he control for the lid lock, J6 1-2 is 99ohms with the lid closed with the range 85-155 and j6 1-2 is open when the lid is open, from j6 2 to 3 unlocked is an open circuit. The control receives 122vac and the unit has a good 120, 120 and 240. Unit needs new control; ordrng 1 W11629601 (control)"

"cx complaint is the unit turning itself on, changing temps on its own (cycle was set to 350 then screen changed temp to 400) and unit heating lower oven when upper is selected. cx had multiple videos of the screen turning on by itself. when i arrived power was off. restored power. i found no saved codes. uni tis not connected to wifi. i started a bake cycle in upper oven and it started heating, lower stayed cool. i had trouble cancelling the cycle. upper button didnt work for several attempts. ordering console and both control boards. turned power off to unit and advised cx to keep power off when not in use to be safe. schedule when all parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11600355 (console) and 1 W11261167 (control board) and 1 W11261169 (control board)"

CX original complaint dispenser was not working or making ice and previous tech found reservoir to be frozen arrive today with user interface and thermistor Inspected temperatures and had 38� in RC and 8� in FC. Doors have been opened inspecting things. So there could be a potential swing by a few degrees. Unplug the unit and replace user interface. Found that this unit needs to have gaskets replaced on evap cover to ensure that reservoir no longer freezes. Ordering gaskets for return visit and replaced user interface. "CX complaint small bit of water is collecting on top of freezer door gasket. Inspected all gaskets and everything is sealing properly. Leveled the unit on right door to make sure everything was straight. Put unit into service mode and turned Molien sensor off and made sure heater was on 100% of time. CX also had complaint of noise when using dispenser found when dispensing water water connection at top of freezer door was making a loud noise. Water pressure coming out of this unit is very high which I am to believe it is causing the noise. Customer states the valve controlling the water pressure is a ball valve, and its possible that slightly closing the valve wont change anything. Customer is going to attempt his self and if that doesnt work, he will have a plumber come out to change the valve. I explained we could install a pressure regulator behind unit but he would rather not do that and just have the valve changed. Unit is working as designed job complete."

CX complaint unit received error code F2e2. Arrived today and ran diagnostic cycle and found error code. Disconnected power and remove top consul. Found some moisture on board which could have caused error code. Inspected dryer vent and found moisture inside dryer vent. Disconnected dryer vent and found a lot of lint. Explain to customer that the moisture is coming because vent is clogged and needs to be clean. Replace control and consul and tested unit. Customer left dryer vent hose off of unit temporarily until he gets his van. Serviced. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Contacted TL and spoke with Chris and due to wire comnnection being short, was unable to to test sensor while running, He suggested replacing temp sensor. Replaced sensor and set at 350, thermocoupling reading was 207 when unit reached 350. TL also suggested replacing harness. Cx complaint is unit is not drying or heating properly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the unit had an f7e1 error code for open heater ciruit. Cx informed it takes a long time for hot water to get to that part of the house. Cx does not always run hotg water in the sink before starting the dishwasher.
