cx complaint cooktop igniter was clicking when not in use. inspected unit and is working good at this time no clicking when not in use. cx said the front burners are to hot and wont go to low and maybe this caused overflow when cooking. adjusted flame height and both fornt burners now go to low. i then went over use and care an infomred cx about the igniters getting wet and this will happen till it drys out so be very careful not to get igniters wet. called safety gave them model and serial. unit is good to go

Took unit down and found tape covering the back magnatron fan vent and restricting proper air flow. Also, exit vent doesnt line up to allow air to exit properly out of the back of the unit. Peeled the tape off of unit and reseated and ajusted vent to fit properly to exit air flow. Advised cx to have handyman fix ventelation hole. Removed tape from exhaust and now the unit is heatigng good. Unit is back to normal operations."
