"cx complaint looks like a piece of plastic fell off lower spray arm and unit not cleaning dishes well. also upper rack rusting. inspected unit and verified complaint. took lower spray arm off and can see theres no plastic broken off or missing, must have been an illusion but noticed the spray arms are clogged up with food debris. bottle wash asm is also clogged but cx doesnt want to replace that at this time since she never uses it. ran diagnostics had f6e1 low water stored but in test cycle water covered element. test cycle ran good. unit will need spray arms and upper rack replaced, rack covered by entitlements. quoted 401.43, paid in full with c/c. replaced lower spray arm and ordering upper spray arm and upper rack. scheduled return visit for 6/20; ordrng 1 WPW10448645 (upper spray arm) and 1 W10728863 (upper rack)"

"CX complaint unit intermittenly making noise. Noise not present when arrived. Put into service mode and tested all fans, damper and compressor and not not present. Checked evap covers and no icing on. Did however find a chunk of ice at the left FC door slide and frosting on the right FC door sliding leading to believe the door is sticking open at times and allowing frost to build up around the FC evap fan and while closed firmly, like at the moment, it goes away. Wife had then said when I asked there was some frost build up on the food in the FC. Talked to CX about recording noise the next time it is present and taking notice to if it is happening when RC or FC fans are running or if stops when they stop. Cx complaint is that qfter the last repair the top oven has been taking 2 hours to preheat. Upon arrival I attempted to preheat the oven and found that after about 20 mins the temp had not gone above 140 per my thermocoupler. I also found that the broil element was not heating up during the preheat cycle. I removed the top cover and found that the P3-1 connector was not secured on both pins. I was only making contact on one of the connectors. I was able to reconnect the harness securely. I found that unit then preheated and held temp. Job complete

Customer complaint unit is not making ice. I tested teh unit and the uinit is not getting water. The line is on. I remvoed the fitting and found a rubber seal still in it. I removed it and tested the unit is now leaking. I added teflon to the fitting and is good but some on already crossthread it. I was able to get it and not leaking. I adviced the custoemr to replace it with a better one metal preffered because the fitting could leak eventually. He said he will change it. Ice amekr is filling now. Unit is back to normal operations.

"cx complaint is the unit not running. cx starts cycle, it runs from 1-3 seconds while making a grinding noise then unit shuts off. confirmed complaint, i could not get unit to run for more than a second. noise sounds like something grinding in the fan. took unit down and removed cover. tested several times. it worked everytime but i can still hear a little grinding. cant tell exactly where noise is coming from the its on the right side near the top of unit. could be cap, diode, mag or transformer. ordering cap, diode, mag and transformer. schedule when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11540983 (transformer) and 1 W10574736 (capactr-mg) and 1 W11222648 (diode) and 1 W11541670 (magnatron)"

cx complaint is with unit making a zapping or buzzing sound and when running the lights dim at times. says also unit vibrates against cab and might be issue as well. checked fan and ran unit multiple times. heard sound once but it was quick. she had a recording but kinda hard to pick up and pin point issue. adjusted unit as best it could be with pre drilled holes. advised we can drill more holes or enlarge either. we ran unit a bunch more and it was quiet as can be. she advised to leave it alone now it adjusted in case it was that and they will see what happens and if needed we will look at it again when we come back for other unit.
