cx complaint is they just moved in and washer has a smell and bad build up of soap and dirt between tub and basket. said all units were really dirty and other owners never cleaned. tested and checked unit and unit checks as of now. advised cx to run a cleaning cycle or maybe more then one and how to do it to try to clean and clear unit out some as there is a build up of things. advised to do that before replacing anything as unit checks. unit is way O-O-W and he knows. he will clean a few times and call back if needed. ran auto test as well as re calibrated and no codes in unit.

Cx complaint is unit leaking water. inspected and verified complaint. checked area where water was on the floor and traced back to the fc door. water ran along the gasket seal to the top right corner of the fc door where the gasket was not fully sealed. frost on the inside cabinet on that side in the freezer was visible like frozen droplets. checked all other seals and they were sealed properly. used heat gun to reform gasket to seal fully. removed bottom cover to verify no other water was present and checked other compartments. Cx did state that she wipes/cleans doors often and they get stuck shut. cx stated she did not dry the doors/gaskets before closing. this could also have contributed to the water. unit is working as designed. job complete.

"Upon arrival the CX stated that the unit has been plugged in for 8 days after being unplugged for 5 weeks. On my first visit the unit had just been delivered. CX stated that installers had to lean unit on its side to get it in the door.. CX also stated that it has been working good since they plugged it in, making ice and freezing food. I tested unit and pulled an ampdraw off compressor of 0.98 and it was steady. Checked temps for like 20 minutes with digital thermometer and RC was between 35-37 and FC was between 0-4. Evap fan and condenser fan working properly. I advised CX to keep an eye on temps and im they have any further issues to call us back. Did not feel a SS job was neccessary with my findings. If CX calls back please pre-id compressor, coupler and UV drier. Job is Complete"

Cx complaint is unit is freezing in the bottom drawers in the rc. inspected and verified complaint. cx had produce in the crisper drawers that were becoming frozen. checked the temperature inside the unit and it matches the set temp of 39 degrees. went to the control and ohmed out the thermistor for the rc and it was in the range. this is the only section of the fridge that is freezing and the freezer is not over freezing/at correct temps. adjusted temp up on unit to 41 to see if the temp is just set too low. Ordering a thermistor just in case the issue persists. Cannot reschedule due to OOS part.; ordrng 1 W11135456 (rc thermistor)
