Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit found no issues cx mention she had well pump issues for last few weeks got it fixed a couple days that shut down one of her water lines informed cx if unit doesn't recieve proper water it will not proceed to next part of cycle which is the issue cx is having cx states well pump has been fixed which is why unit is currently functioning normal cx wanted to make sure no other issues ran autotest and recalibration unit is working as designed.

"cx complaint unit starting/doing anyhting doesnt hear anything when cycle is started. inspected unit then checked for errors and had none., ran service ccycle and it filled fine and washmotor sounds good. started a normal cycle and cx pointed out the front blue light is never on. i then went over use nd care with cx told him about rinse aid then explained to him when he hit start it will be lit up and he had 4 second to close the door to start the cycle. i started 4 cycle and worked evertime and last one ran for 10 minutes so canceled it then put soap pod in and had cx start a cycle and it worked. unit is good"

"Cx complaint is unit not cooling both sections. Inspected and verified complaint. Exposed compressor and got an amp draw of .02 at idle. when the start device gets powered to try and start the unit, the amps drop to 0.00. checked for voltage coming into the unit to the start device and got 117 volts. checked with black light behind unit for signs of leaks. Exposed FC evap and checked with black light for leaks, none found. cx stated they had the unit unplugged when it stopped cooling for a few days and plugged it back in last night and buzzing sound was still there and not cooling still. shared findings with SS techs in this zone and they both agree the compressor is bad. Ordering compressor, coupler. dryer, and lokrings for this unit. cannot reschedule due to SS tech needed. Unit is R600; ordrng 1 W11574734 (compressor) and 1 W11504431 (7/5 lokring) and 1 W11506635 (coupler) and 1 W11506621 (6 lokring) and 1 W11109499 (drier-tube)"
