I found stand pipe is not correct to unit. stand pipe is only a couple inches off floor. unit is not able to fill without timing out. advised cx to get a plummer and have a stand pipe installed at least 39in off floor. unit checks good."

cx complaint is the filter being stuck in the filter head. when i arrived i found the filter very tight. used channel locks to remove it. cx could not remove it himself. i put new filter in place that cx had on hand. new filter is easy to remove. showed cx how to remove it and reset the filter light. cx is able to change filter himself now. unit is working as disgned.

"Cx complaint door doesnt close properly and leaking. Was able to access unit and attempted diag but some of the buttons on console were unresponsive or took multiple presses. Pulled unit out and found left side hinge bound up and right side hinge spring no longer intact causing the door to have issue opening and closing due to hinges and caused inner door to warp. Ran unit and found unit leaking from rear seam which is trickling down and causing sump motor to stall. Unit will need console, sump assembly, hinges, inner door and outer tub along with a 2 call count due to the amount of work needed. Noticed that the Volora Gasket on the Ice Maker is building Ice again. This is causing Water to drop down on the back wall and pool water on the lower liner of the Refrigerator Section. "cx complaint the unit is not cooling without being bery very noisy. checked the unit and found that the freezer coil was not a full forst pattern and creating ice along the top of the coil. therefore, i checked the pressures. low side was a little low in test 4. rc running at 2-4 and fc running in a slight vac. therfore, i checked for leaks. found no leaks present or any dye indicating a leak. therefore, the unit was under charged when serviced last. added r134a to the system. tested again in test 4 rc pressure now 12-14 and fc pressure is 5-7. unit is running as designed. advised cx to monitor and if any issues persists to please call us back cx agreed."

cx complaint ui not working and frost build up in freezer . checked unit and found ui properly working as should . freezer temp cant go over 6 . also found air gap in freezer gasket . while replacing with pre id gasket found new gasket tearing not allowing proper seal to unit . tryed to steam old gasket out and clean it up but still has air gap . new gasket letting in to much warm air . sending back and ordering new gasket also found both fridge gaskets deformed not allowing doors to seal properly; ordrng 2 W10163898 (gasket fridge)s and 1 w11378944 (gasket)

Cx complaint is that the unit is not draining. Upon arrival I found that the unit has standing water in it. I entered a drain cycle and found that the pump is activating but is not draining. I removed the hose from the connection at the sink and started a drain cycle. I found that the unit is draining when not attached to the pipe. I found that the fitting is clogged at the pipe. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

"CX complaint unit doesn't cool properly in FC. Inspected and no frost on evap cover and temp around 15 degrees. Ran test 3 and found the evpa fan isn't running. Also found the icemaker in RC not producing ice. Ran test 56 amnd found error code E5 timed out. Ran test 36 and the fan wouldn't run at full speed. Gave cx quote for repair to submit to extended warranty. Once approved, part will be ordered and office will reschedule return; ordrng 1 W10846539 (ice box fan) and 1 W11249952 (evap motor) and 1 W11577195 (icemaker)"

cx complaint unit is not turning on and not heating when it does turn on. inspected unit and found not turning on. checked power to unit and wehave 120 wen supposed to hve 240. i then noticed when you wiggle the cord we have good power and light turns on. found power cord is shorting snapped pic. i got unit to run and it heats good but could be issue with unit. i told cx to get electrican to check outlet and and to replace the power cord. cx is getting that done and will call back if still having issue.

cx complaint is unit comes and goes with water out the door. says it works great and at times it will fill a cup then beep and has to open or close the door and it works again. tested unit multiple times and it worked but once. filled a few seconds and unit beeped and stopped. was able to get unit to run after adjustments and resetting unit. did pull ice maker as thats bad and motor burnt. may of been issue with water. cx will keep a eye on unit and see how it does. job complete.
