There is 120v at the red to white wire at the ice maker heater but the fill tube is still frozen. The ice maker did complete a harvest in step 58 of diagnsotics and the fan runs in step 36. There is a pointer w10545061 that states to order fasica heater kit for condensation on the fascia. Unit needs new ice maker and kit; ordrng 1 W10619962 (fascia heater kit)

"doesn't wash clothes properly $120. Inspected unit and found that the washing machine is not working properly. Fpund fault code f7e2, shifter not functional. Cleared unit of other fault codes to see if new or same codes returned. Looked underneath washing machine and seen oil from the gear case at the bottom of the o er and floor. Cx needs gear case, slutch, actuator, belt and bolt and latch. Latch is not functional. "Cx complaint unit isn't cooling. When arrived found items in RC too warm but air flowing through baffle. Items in FC were frozen. Accessed the evap and found it to not have complete frost pattern. The bottom half had frost, the top half was condensation. All fans and compressor are working. Unit will need sealed system repair. "Cx complaint unit won't power on. Inspected unit and found the console wouldn't light up when pressing buttons. Accessed junction box and found not enough voltage from L1 to neutral. Found continuityat the control. Cut off power at breaker and removed and reconnected wire nuts so wires were tight and secure, turned on breaker and the unit powered on. Ran test cycle and unit completed cycle without issues. Cx paid $120 service fee"
