"Cx complaint that the unit is not holding temp. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the evap covered in ice, I removed the ice and found the defrost connector loose. I secured the connector and ran tests 5 & 13. Both worked fine and the defrost heater came one. I repositioned the defrost connectors above the cap and suction tubing. I think this occurs because the defrost connectors rest on the evap, and when it freezes the ice make the connector seperate. I tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed."

"cx complaint unit not cooling properly in freezer section, per cx ice cream seems soft. checked temp and freezer between product got down to 3 degrees and was still slowly trickling down and would reach 0-1 degrees oif id left my meter in for anoth 25 -30 minutes. cx also stated there was apopping noise intermittently which i cant replicate at this time, i advised cx to try and make a recording if the noise persists. unit is working as designed, job complete."

"cx complaint cx found moisture on the floor underneath the vent fan tubing where steam condensed and wet the floor, cx also pointed out where afew boards that run in front of the fridge, dishwasher, and sink across a 10 foot span are cupped and warped up slightly. cx has never seen standing water on the floor and doesnt know if the issues with the hardwood are related to the dishwasher or if maybe theyre pre existing as she usually has rugs in place covering the area. i found no evidence of any leaking or water staining from the unit and advised cx i cannotchange how the vent fan vents and the potential it can have for creating moisture vent very hot air into the cooler air of the room, unit is in range for element service pointer but is good. ordering element 100 @ trbls; ordrng 1 W11537778 (element)"

"cx complaint unit needs new lement as its in range for element service pointer but unit also has additional issues f8e4, f8e1, f8e6, and f10e2. ive been told by techline the 10-2 is a nuisance code and to just clear it but the others pertain to the flow metere not reading the water filling. quick inspection all the wiring harness is good so the flow is bad or the control is not seeing the input properly. i explained to cx the call was dispatched for the element only and thats the only thong covered any additional work and parts cx would be liable for as the unit is out of warranty. unit willeed element, control, and flow meter and cx is going to call to try and get a p+l concession to cover the additional costs, otherwise they may decide not to service unit."

Customers complaint is the unit has rust spots on the front of the freezer door underneath of the dispenser and left of the dispenser that are leaking water out of the holes. Inspected unit found one hole underneath the water dispenser about 3 in down that has coming from the hole and down the front of the door. I then also noticed to the left of the dispenser there's another hole that has a rust running down the door from water leaking out of the holes. This is due to either a broken water line or condensation in the freezer door that is leaking out of those holes. Unit has a full bin of ice. I ran water dispenser did not have water leak from the holes. I ran ice maker did not have water leak from the holes. I removed auger assembly there was no water beneath the algor assembly. I called landlord and quoted customer for replacing freezer door.; ordrng 1 LW10728959 (Fz door s/s)
