UI had a stuck button but ran the diag test and it cleared the problem. Dryer was also having restricted air flow that was corrected with adjusting the vent pipe on the back of the unit. Tested dryer for more error codes and heard the scraping sound, exposed drum and motor and checked for objects in felt lining, check rollers and belt and pulley that showed signs of dust and wear but not the source of the sound. the sound is coming from the motor as it builds and lowers speed. Ordering motor which is covered part, also ordering dryer repair kit. rescheduled for 6/27/22; ordrng 1 W11126010 (motor-drve) and 1 4392067 (dryer repair kit)"

Customer complaint unit is not making ice. I tested teh unit and the uinit is not getting water. The line is on. I remvoed the fitting and found a rubber seal still in it. I removed it and tested the unit is now leaking. I added teflon to the fitting and is good but some on already crossthread it. I was able to get it and not leaking. I adviced the custoemr to replace it with a better one metal preffered because the fitting could leak eventually. He said he will change it. Ice amekr is filling now. Unit is back to normal operations.
