cx complaint unti wont work stays running so unplugged. inspected unit then plugged unit in and drain pumo stays running. canceled it out and it stopped. went into diag and checked for errors and had sensing and spin f0e2 error code. ran diagnostic and everything sounds good and is worrking but when spinning the top is jiggling and not inplace. reinstalled lid in holes and now its nice and secure. checked cx soap and she has a big container of soap that doe not say he on it snapped pic of soap. instructed them to get he soap and only use he. cx understands and is getting some. unit is good

"cx complaint unit not making ice. inspected unit and verified complaint. cx said it stopped making ice right after he put a new filter in. no ice/water in icemaker. no ice in fill tube. dont see any broken wires at door hinge but looks like they could break soon, some white crease marks on the wire insulation. cycled icemaker and it harvest correctly. ran fill test and it filled with correct amount of water, sounded like it had air in the water line. unit is testing good at this time. seems issue is either air in water tube from changing filter, or bad thermistor on icemaker, or broken wire at door hinge without insulation breaking. advised cx to monitor and call back if issue persists. if cx calls back, send tech with icemaker(W10873791)"

Cx complaint that the unit is not cooling well. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. I found the FC temp at 50 degrees and RC at 55 degrees. The evap fan is running but the compressor is not constantly running. The compressor runs for about 10 sec then stops. I cycled power and it did the same thing. The compressor is very hot to the touch and the amp draw while it's running was 12.5 amps. The unit needs a new compressor to resolve the issue. The cx does not wish to go through with a major compressor repair. I collected the service call and left the cx with a quote for the repair.; ordrng 1 W10233961 (compressor 363.72)

"attached guages while awaiting techline. found low side pressure at 16inch into vacuum and high side pressures 75 psi. once speaking with techline the first time charge dunit with 140+psi of nitrogen and obsevred pressure readings. with soapy solution found no air bubbles (other than an odd pocket of the liner that collected the solution and bubbled very very lightly, describied to TL). found no leaks on any of the exposed joints of the system. contacted techline again to further document and ultimately determined that the unit is applicable for non repairable designation. unit will be sent for review."

cx complaaint unit is no longer cooling. inspected unit and confimred both section room temp fan running not hearing compressor. took fridg section apart and checked evap and could be leaking freon from here. ran test 4 i didnt hear compressor come on but valve worked and can hear fron/air going through evaporator. pulled unit out and comprressor is warm running at super low speed and no heat transer. unit is out of freon. ordering s.s. parts for return they are covered but labor is not. infomred cx repair is not guarantee but it is worht a shot most the time we can fix these. cx owes 500 on return for labor; ordrng 1 W11492867 (fridge evaporator) and 1 W10832994 (compressor kit) and 1 WPW10143759 (drier) and 1 W10913906 (coupler) and 1 3countjob (3 count job) and 1 s.s.techonly (s.s. tech only)

Customer complaint unit is not making ice. I tested the unit and found test 56 has E5 error codes. Ran test 57 ice maker dropped the ice that was inside. Ran test 58 and is 00 warmer than harvest temp. Ran test 36 and 37 all pass. TEsted ice boct thermistor and found 8.1 ohms warm but i had the doors open before. I tested ice box thermistor and about the same a little higher but i had the doors open. TL told me that if the ice maker was replaced and if the unit was not rebooted the code still is saved. tl adviced to reset the board and base on the testing it should start to work. Reset unit and the customer is going to call back if it did not work.

At this point I checked and found cap line clogged again going into compressor. Now there is not enough cap line left to reach a new evap.Spoke to Joel at WPTL(SR#7733950273). He noted everything and put the unit up for non repairable review. Explained to CX what the process is with this decision. Unit is not working. Job is complete
