"Fan is noisy (vibrating sound) and icemaker stopped working (frozen line, perhaps?) Talked with cx and unit is putting out a vibrating sound. I checked the shelves and doors, and freezer door areas. Nothing is loose causing the sound. I checked the condenser and found where the noise is coming from. Made an adjustment on the left side to raise the refrigerator just to get condenser off the floor. NO more noise. Unit may needs silencer pads for condenser. Checked unit at T and H. No fill. Performed voltage test at L and N. 9.3vac. Unplugged the unit for 5 min. Ice maker is getting 123vac. At harvest, no water is being delivered to ice maker. Unit needs ice maker. ; ordrng 1 W10889233 (Ice maker)"

Cx complaint is unit making humming noise from front burners. tested and inspected and verified complaint. per prior techs diagnosis replaced manifold. tested unit and unit still made sound when more than one burner is being used at the same time. the front right and left burners have uneven flames despite being properly seated. Adjusted flames and they were still uneven. order burner heads to correct this issue. while investigating other sources of the noise occuring cx stated that the gas pressure has been tested 2 times and both times the LP measured below the minimum range of 11-14 inch WC. first reading was 8 and 2nd was 10. possible there is a gas pressure issue coming into the unit as the source of the sound. rescheduled with cx to replace burner heads on 7/1 AM requested.; ordrng 2 W11435630 (burner head)s

"cx complaitn unti is no longer making ice after runnning clean cycle the clean light blinks 3 times. inspected unit and confirmed clean light blinking 3 times then removed rear panel and noticed compresor starter area coated in corrosion fom leaking or unit sweating. unplugged and plugged unit back in and unit drained water refilled then drained again and sat there then i hit on button it was already on and unit filled compressor came on and condenser fan but pump is not putting water onto the evaporator plate. removed cover to find the sensor has a broken wire the harness connection are all corroded bad. unit needs pump, harness and level sensor. so gave cx quote then brought up how compressor looks and asked is it really a good idea to fix and i said maybe. cx paid for service; ordrng 1 W11566405 (recirculating pump 64.06) and 1 WPW10548509 (sensor 77.67) and 1 WP2310092 (harness 91.95)"

"cx complaint unit apparently is illuminating the 'heavy duty' and 'normal wash' at the same time when they have not been pressed. inspected unit and found no silver migration in the ribbom strip of the ui. found no visible shorts at the control. cx stated control was replaced by a different service company between the last service by Via (4/6/22) and today. cannot verify the source of where the parts were purchased. found no flashing lights at the 'clean' 'start' or 'cancel' light to indicate a failure of the heater. also checked and found the heater to show continuity. cannot locate a point of failure at this time. possible the overlay has a short in the toucpad elesewhere that is not visible, so quoted cx on potential cost of replacing ui and cx declined. collected only for service call."
