CX complaint is cooktop flames too high. Complaint verified. Checked gas pressure coming out of wall and got 8in WC which is good. Checked pressure coming out of regulator and got the same. Checked orfices and they are correct and the regulator is set to NG properly. Fond all burner heads to be defective and not setting properly which is causing high orange flames and soot residue. ORdering all burner heads and caps. Returning tech please verify that these caps are seated properly on heads where they dont just slide off before testing. ORdering 2 different sets of burner caps. Please return the ones set not used. the one that ends in 5570 is the one listed on SM so try them first. cx got email for heater replaxcementt. got to unit and started to try and get unit out and the way it has been installed it is unable to come out unless some pieces are taken off from cabintes or floor taken up. informed cx i would not be able to do this today due to this issue. a second tech could potentially help but i know is not covered and cx does not think he should pay for second tech as well as pay for someone to uninstall the unit as needed. he is calling whirlpool to try and get something done. moving on. we can not install this until the wood is removed or untill the cx gets someone to fully uninstall it from cabinets.; saved tckt

Cx complaint is that the unit will not go past wash. Upon arrival I found tha tthe unit had an F8E1. I then ran the diag cycle and found that the cold water is barely fill. I was able to access and replace the valve and the unit is now functioning as inteded. Job complete

cx complaint is the unit freezing items in the fridge section. when i arrived some items in the fridge on second self were frozen. my temp prob shows 32 in fridge section. unit is set to 40. i found damper is open. tested damper and it is working in diagnostic mode. RC thermistor shows 54 degrees when my prob shows 32. replaced harness and damper to be safe. restored power and set unit to recomended temps. advised cx to give it 24 hours to adjust and to keep items from being pushing against the damper. unit is working as designed.
