Unit is set on cold, so unit ran on cold wash normal from 55min, all normal down to 23 min.no stopping.a full cycle was done. Cx is or possibly over loading washing machine, bearings are load. I informed cx about the loud roar.water is kinds slow to deliver into washing machine. Unit performance was never interrupted. Working properly."

Cx complaint is the unit is still shaking violently during the high speed spin cycle. Cx showed me a video of the unit in the spin cycle. And it showed the unit shaking to the point where the cabinet is flexing at the bottom of the unit on the side. I could see the basket is out of round. I called tech line and explain the issues of customers having I explained that the basket is out of round and this could be causing the off balance and shaking of the basket in the high speed spin tech line gave me file number after documenting the issues. Inspected float switch for trash. Cleaned under float switch. Ran diagnostic cycle and found found after cycle lots of suds in water. Removed suds and cleared error codes. Ran a normal cycle for about 15 minutes. Re checked for error codes and had none. Believe the unit was over sudsing. There was a recent error code for a control communication but didnt get the code. Explained to Cx about cleaning dishes before putting them in unit how it can cause lots of suds do to soap used at the sink. Unit is now working as designed. If problem re occurs its possible unit may need a control board. Okay"

Cx complaint unit had no water pressure. Went to install dual water valve and when removed I had no water pressure coming from wall. Re installed and went to check water line shut off. Inspected and found it was no where close to open. Opened all the way and tested. Now have full water pressure. Other issue was there was barley any ice coming out of ice maker. Which would also be the reason as well. Unit is now working as designed.

"Customer complaint is that after service work from a prior company, the door gasket for the right door is not seating properly and the ice maker is not working. Inspection of the door gasket found that the runner was not staying behind the liner. Gasket reseated, but the gap between the inner liner and the outer door is large and the gasket easily pops back out again. Unit needs a new door. Gasket slide back in as best as possible for now. UI segments are lighting dim when not needed, unit needs a new UI. Ran test 15, 36, and 56 and all passed. Ran test 57 and 45 and the ice maker did not fill. Ran test 19 and then return to test 45 afterwards. Ice maker filled. Contacted tech support with findings. Recommended dual valve replacement as well.
