"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that there is Water in the Tub after the Cycle. Ran Service Test on the unit. Error of F22 = Door Lock Error. Checked the Door Lock / Switch. Door Lock is working. Locking / Unlocking. ( Asked the cx how much Soap are they using. Cx states to level 4 & 5. Advised to the cx that this could be way to much soap. Advised to the cx bring the level down to the number 2 as this would a full cup of soap.) Checked the Drain Hose. Found that the Drain Hose is at 8 - 10 inches in the Drain Hole. Pulled the Drain Hose back to 3 - 4 Inches. Ran the unit on Rinse and Spin. Tub is showing suds, I didn't add any soap. Showed the cx that there is still soap in the Tub. ( Advised that the cx use Liquid Chlorine Bleach of 16 Oz's on the first cycle of the Clean Washer Cycle to break down any old soap. Then use the Affresh Tablet on the second Cycle of the Clean Washer Cycle.) Cx paid in full by Card."

cx complaint is after the last repair unit doesnt want to drain she thinks. said a F9E1 code would come on at the back of the cycle. canceled and herd water draining down sink. started a cycle to fill and run a bit then try to drain. unit had codes FAE2 F9E1 cleared codes and did see when unit was pulled out and drain hose pulled through the drain loop was not put back in and hose went straight down. tested unit again to see how unit ran.
