Per previous diag I replaced the timer. I then found that the unit would not start. I then put the old timer back in and found that it did not start as well. I then tested the PTS switch and found that it is functioning but i only found 87 V. I then removed the cover and checked the incoming voltage and found that L1 was bouncing around and not consistant. I checked L2 and found 125 vac. I then found that the voltage in L1 dropped to 0 when attempting to start the unit. ANd I found that L2 jumped to 245v when attempting to start the unit. I am ordering a cycling thermostat and the timer again. Cx is having an electrician check the receptical and wiring to the plug. "Cx complaint that the unit is not ejecting the ice, it gets stuck and only dispenses crushed ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the Icemaker off at the UI and IM arm in the off position. I turned it off and ran a harvest cycle, the unit worked fine. With there being no ice in the unit I was unable to replicate the dispensing performance. I recommend the cx getting a new ice bin based on the initial complaint. I'm ordering the part but the cx wants to ordering the part themselve because installation is so simple. I collected the service call by cash.; ordrng 1 W11185686 (ice container 189.11)"

I checked the control board and the green LED is flashing and it is getting 123v. I checked the white UI wire and is secure in correct position, but still nothing from the UI display. I removed the UI connector then reinserted it, there was a dim light at the start button but none of the other buttons respond. The unit will need a new console control to resolve the issue. cx said unit is flashing the F47 code and nothing works on uniut. she said they turned breaker off a bit and tried to reset and nothing. tried to turn each burner on and unit just beeps and keeps flashing code. checked power at box under cab and unit and had 120 n 120 and 240 across and all plugs and wires tight. she said this is like the 2nd or 3rd time unit has done this. called tech line and spoke to Austin and SR# 7734072049 went over pointers and all checks for venting and air flow as well. all power points checks and everything installed correct. advised could be a heat issue and advised and undated module as well to replace. units documents and parts listed and cx as well will be calling back for this issue and to get unit switched out. parts and labor covered and cx will pay 120.; ordrng 1 W10607546 (Module)
