Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating. It is turning on and rotating. Upon arrival I found that the unit is stacked. I entered into diag mode and found that it had an F4E3 and an F4E4. I then verified that the incoming voltage was correct. I am ordering an element and TCO kit. I will also be ordering a 2 tech due to the unit being stack and a basement sump being on the left side limiting access. Removed inlet valve and and inspected. Inlet valve looked fine. Inspected the injector hose. Hose looks old and cracked up. I was able to steam out the ice and accessed the RC evap drain pan. Once the pan was removed I found nthat the rubber gromet to the liner was molded in causing the drain tube to be blocked and not drain water from the evap. I called WP TechLine and explained my findoings. Unit has been deemed no repairable by WP.
