It was missing all but 1 screw to secure the lower hinge to unit. The one hole that hold push plate to unit was stripped from installer. Factory screws wont fit. Cx stated she would secure it on her own. Unit is now repaired an operating correctly.

"retruned to cx home to evaluate data with techline. during diag found the following info from unit: higher than normal high side pressure/175psi. lower than normal low side pressure/-5 vaccum. as a result of skewed pressures suspected leak allowing the introduction of non-condensable air into the system resulting in high heads pressures. foudn no dye present anywhere. compressor will shut off after about 3 minutes, and then turn on again. condenser fan does run. no oil/dye under condenser area. disconnected guages and at that point found dark black watery/oil mixture when disconnecting. determined likely cabinet leak that has led to contaminant in the system and thus non repairable. techline. unit has been submitted for exhange. trade care team."

Replaced ice maker. control and user interface. I had to use the original ice maker harness when replacing the ice maker because the harness that came with a new ice maker didn't match up and this is due to when the door was replaced it may have not been the same door in the same connector. I found when replacing the control board it had an extra connection. And would not dispense water for ice maker and dispenser. I used control I ordered and ran test 120 and 97. Ice maker passed and filled with water.

"cx complaint new fz door not sealing properly and missing bumper at top of door, dripping issue has been fixed. inspected unit and verified complaint. found gap in gasket at top of door causing condensation on fz ceiling. fluffed gasket with heat gun and gap closed. cant order just the bumper, would have to order another door. dont want to risk unit dripping again by putting on new door. went to office and got a bumper from one of the units behind office and returned to cx house to install it. unit is now working properly"

"Cx complaint that the unit is leaking water. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found no error codes and ran a service cycle. All components passed with no leaking. I ran 3 more service cycles to see if the leak occur with more water being drained, still no leaks. I did notice water shoots out agressively from the lint screen at the end of the drain pipe in the sink. Perhaps it shoots out of the sink on occasions. I told the cx to keep an eye on it and let us know if it happens again. I collected the service call fee by cash."

cx complaint units not sealing well and moisture in fridge. inspectd unit and confrimed both. the unit was very unlevel and leaning forward bad. adjusted feet all the way up and fixed door issue and now feels tighter and not so easily opened. as far as moisture this unit is in a garage and its about 95-100 in here right now and its only 80 degrees outside. unit is not in proper location requirements and will cotinue this issue until unit is in 60-90 degree room. informed cx that gladiator is made for the garage and to see if they can exchange for one if possible. otherwise unit is working as desinged.
