"cx complaint slow ice production, would make a batch of ice then 20min later its all melted. cx ran cleaning cycle to trouble shoot and it seemed to help but still not enough ice. less than half full upon arrival with sheet of ice on cutting grid. have good water flow into reservoir. dont hear any unusual noises from recirculation pump but found recirculation pump stalled and water was trickling over evap plate then started running normally again after i removed cover to inspect pump. service pointer mentions loss of suction inside recirculation pump. seems to be issue even tho unit is not in serial# range. also noticed reservoir drain pump never ran. ordering recirculation pump and reservoir drain pump. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on part; ordrng 1 W11542867 (recirculation pump) and 1 W11542868 (reservoir drain pump)"

I tested the defrost heater and sensor, the heater came on and no errors appeared. I checked the defrost and sensor connector harness, they both were good. I noticed the FC thermistor position was wrong and it was slightly out of range. I replaced it and put it in the correct position. I'm also ordering a RC thermistor and a control because the control response is intermitent. Cx complaint unit not cooling in freezer and ice not being made. Inspected unit and tested ice maker test 56 and found no error also 57 and 59 just to make sure. Motor worked correctly and ice was dumping. Found temp to be elevated 46 in freezer and 55 in fridge. Checked frost pattern and had none. No ice built up. Tested all components on both compartments. Went behind unit and inspected compressor. Found it was boiling to the touch and heard a gurgling sound. Call AH to get advice and he stated most likely to be sealed system issue. Let Cx know that unit is under warranty due CBE for parts and labor. He stated he will still probably get a new one. Cx paid 120.00 for service call. Cx will let us know if they want to follow through with repair. ; ordrng 1 W10832994 (Compressor assem.) and 1 Wpw10143759 (Drier) and 1 Wpw10608485 (RC evap) and 1 876764 (Service valve)

cx says the unit has stopped making ice and dispensing water so they tried replacing the water filter with no change. the water filter was not fully installed so when i fully installed it the unit is now dispensing water. jumped the ice maker but it didnt fill. cx says they had the bypass in but then the ice maker stopped making ice before the filter was replaced. jumpped n to v on the ice maker and it doesnt activate the valve when the door switch is pressed. jumpped t and h and the ice maker is sending 120vac to the valve. replaced the valve with preid and tested. the unit is now filling the ice maker. the unit is now good

cx showed me the small oven door is hitting the lock when closing. the oven light remains on unless you push on the door. the unit needs the hinges. the liner is also damaged from the door closing and hitting on the lock. cx also says the burners are taking a long time to light. found the right and left reont and rear are taking a very long time to light. tried to loosen the mounting screws to see if they were over tightened. the right front and rear burners are now igniting much better but not the left front and rear. the unit also needs the burner heads replaced. no info on burner heads so ordering 2 of each for the left burners; ordrng 1 W11390106 (hinge l) and 1 W11390125 (hinge r) and 1 W11318335 (liner) and 2 W11319673 (head)s and 2 W11319683 (head)s

"cx complaint unit not working it dances all over the place went and got another washer couldnt wait any longer and now washer is on deck. insepcted unit and is not hooked up to water so checked unit for errors and had none, ran manual spin and unit spins great. cx then hooked water up to and we started a rinse and spin cycle with what cx was washing og blankets,dog pee pads and dog beds and unit spun great. i infomred cx i do not recomend washing dog beds in unit you will fight it to keep the unit balanced. cx isnt satisfied but showed him unit works fine and not to use noaml if he is washing the dog stuff. unit is good"

"prior to parts install inspected unit further. cx stated that while awaiting parts unit leaked 4-5 times while the water supply to the fridge was disrupted. concerned that the leak may be elsewhere, check and foudn that the water dispenser line is indeed a slow drip that was easily corrected with water tube cutters. this would not address the water accumulated while water supply is not turned on at house. contacted techline to review and in fact confirmed a sealed system leak. found high amp draw of 1.4-1.5 amp. found about half a normal frost pattern with heavy accumulation at the top of the evap. techline instructed return to charge with 140 psi of nitrogen and relay results to techline sr7734056310; ordrng 1 WPW10223328 (suction tube w/ check) and 1 WPW10143759 (drier) and 1 W10779331 (compressor) and 1 W11590197 (rkv) and 1 W11505166 (rc evap) and 1 nitrogen (ask MA)"

CX complaint is unit no cool. Checked pressures and unit was in a 2in vac on low side. Inspected unit thoroughly for leaks. I found oil on the drier. When I removed drier I found the top of drier that hooks to steel line was cracked and caused drier to clog. Installed new drier and pressure tested with nitrogen. No visible leaks. vac'd unit down to 30in for 15mins and vac held when gauges closed. Filled unit with 4.5oz of R134a. Low side pressure stayed at 2psi. Waited for evap to form frost pattern and after about 20 mins the low side was still reading 2psi. Told CX to give it 24-48 to get to temps. Unit is working properly. Job is complete
