"cx complaint unit still not draining at end of cycle. inspected unit and verified complaint, f9e1 error. water still in unit, pressed cancel and water drained out fine. ran test cycle and it didnt drain. told unit to fill and drain a few more times. found unit doesnt drain when i press cancel to interupt cycle but if i try again it drains everytime after that. can feel drain pump running when it fails, just no water coming out, drain pump feels very hot. was going to install sump asm that i took the new drain pump from but its damaged, cracked at drain hose connection. still think issue is defective drain pump. ordering another sump asm and control. sump asm will come with new pump. both parts covered since replaced less than 1yr ago. call cx to schedule return once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11416363 (sump asm) and 1 W11410063 (control)"

Bulletin technique no : W11436350 deals with this issue. reset all the ribbon connections and now the display is illuminating. found the unit has a f6e1(communication) and a f2e2(hmi disconnected) error codes in memory. ran the diagnostic cycle and the unit is filling draining agitating and spinning. the unit is now good

"cx complaint unit freezing items in the rc section. inspected unit and found with thermal coupler that the temps inside the rc are showing 34.3 degrees when unit is set to 40 degrees. ran diag test 1- pass, test 2- pass, test 3- fan runs and air baffles closes/opens, test 7- switched unit to Basic Defrost and exited diag. removed rear panel and tested thermistors at control. checked at p5-1 and p5-2 and found 6.7k ohms (4.98vdc). checked at p5-3 and p5-4 and found 19.1k ohms (4.98vdc). icemaker was turned off by cx when moving unit to garage. RC is completely empty of any food or items. contacted techline to report findings. determined out of range RC thermistor. was able to cut and splice new rc thermistor with pre id parts. informed cx to wait 48 hours for accurate temp."

Got 1.46k ohms at J9 5 and 4 for Cold water valve and 121.4v when called for. Got 1.51k ohms at J91 and J94 for the Hot water valve, showing 120.6v when called for. Found supply valve for cold water faulty on the wall (not shutting off water) and showed CX. reattached hot water line and retightened cold water line ( Visually confirmed no leaks when calling for both valves, showed cx to confirm) Found COntrol Not swappping from cold to hot valve properly during diagnostic cycle and no fault codes present. Replaced control and tested unit,everything good advised CX to contact plummer to fix supply valve for cold water at the wall to prevent any issues."
