Cx complaint unit has LED lights flashing in RC compartment. Checked FC compartment and found one LED is out. This falls under S code S191AQ. CX also complaint of unit not cooling. Inspected unit and has been plugged in the whole time and theres no cooling. Ran test 4 through the complete cycle and felt no cool air coming from anywhere in the unit. Then ran test 3 and while in 01 no fans were running. Ran O2 and evap fan was running check behind unit and found compressor was very hot but fan is running. Unit is going to need sealed system repair. The service tube has never been opened. Tested evap thermistor reading 2.5kohms after defrosting. Evap fan is good. When compressor kicks on only a small portion of the top of the evap has a frost pattern. Needs SS Tech 3 count. "Cx complaint unit was leaking water. Pulled unit and inspected found that black mold all over back insulator and insulator under unit had black mold all over it. Cx back wall of unit has black mold all over it as well. Called Techline they stated this is safety matter and not to go any further until speaking with safety. Was transferred to safety and they just told me black mold is not a safety issue, the unit is not malfunctioning. Call Techline back. Called Techline back and they stated new safety policy stated unless unit is causing Cx breathing issues its not Cx wants the unit out of the house and not repaired because they want a whole new unit. Removed unit and placed outside. Cx is going to call Customer care and get this thing replaced and figure out whats going to happen with the damages."

Pulled drawers and shelves and removed evap cover. Evap was prozen over. Test 3 step 2 evap fan wouldnt turn on. Defrosted evap and find the drain line was clogged with ice. Pulled evap housing and replaced drip pan with kit. USed stemer to clear drain line. Replaced evap fan with thermistors. with pre-id fan. Rested unit and it was working properly. Job is complete

Found that installer had placed duct tape on vent and was causing a weird airflow which was causing a weird rattle.
