per notes replaced all parts tested all burners working

"unit displaying error f-20, water error. reset unit and cleared error. ran full cycle, verified hot and cold working properly. unit had excessive suds without adding detergent .advised cust to reduce detergent use and run cleaning cycles regularly. also adjusted door hinge due to slight leak out of door."

"found heater housing disconnected from bulkhead, unit not pulling air across heater into drum. reinstalled heater housing, verified secure, unit heating properly, good air flow."
