CX being rescheduled. Spoke to Jordyn; saved ticket

Cx was not pushing the start button twice on the control to start the cycle. Updated control is different software from her old one. Explained use and care to the cx and unit is now working as designed. Also noticed a poor connection on the drain hose. Advised cx to have it corrected by a plumber. Job is complete.

CX complaint is MW light. Replaced control board per prior tech diagnosis. put bulb in and unit would not turn on. I checked all connections and tried several times with no luck.This is the control where the thermistor wire does not plug in. Checked and verified proper part# and it was good. Board in defective. Reordering board. Left bulb with CX because package was open. Drawer left of stove. Cannot reschedule due to part availability; ordrng 1 W11552018 (control (Reorder))
