"cx complaint is the unit not making ice. when i arrived bin was empty. unit is set to 33/0. prob shows 30/-2. found E5 ice maker error code. ran harvest cycle. IM completed the cycle. i ran the fill test, valve buzzed but no water flowed. water dispensor works. ran fill tube heater. heater is getting 123vac. i ran test 45 with water line diconnected. water flows. ordering ice maker and fill tube heater. schedule when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11658802 (ice maker) and 1 W11087201 (heater)"

"cx complaint is the oven not heating at all. tried starting a bake and broil cycle. both ignitors glow but only the broil turns on the gas. temp prob is reading correctly at room temp. i inspected and found bake ignitor harness had been cut and wire nuts used to attach correct ends. replaced ignitor with preIDed part and tested bake function. bake worked properly, tested broil. it works. ran a bake cycle at 350. average temp of 351. unit is working as designed. cx paid in full for repair."

"replaced the compressor and condenser motor used uv drier froom v/s then vacumed system down and filled to recomended and started cooling. unit is good to go; ordrng 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S), used 1 w10143759 (uv drier SD V/S) from stock"

replaced Lid on the washer and tested the door to make sure it opened and closed with no issue

"cx complaint washer shaking across floor. tested without a load, and again with added towels pillows and sheets to duplicate issue but no luck. instructed customer on proper usage and how to record a video of her concerns to share with maytag."
