installed control and ran unit calibration. unit completed calibration and now checks good.

"Cx complains that the unit stopped working, when the client try to use the washer machine, the panel knob wont respond so he rotate the knob one more time then the unit started to work, i ran test mode, no error codes found, all connections cks ok, i ran test mode again and all the steps works ok. .. it seems that the board is not working correctly because it took me at least 4 tries to enter the diagnostic mode.. order part; ordrng 1 w11603810 (cntrl elec)"

cx complaint is with unit and its running and then dripping water. said one day water was dripping and he had to turn water off. said one day drain pump came on and ran like 16 min then shut off. said another day unit didnt want to start a cycle. no codes came up. he said he looked up to run through tests and checks and had un plugged a few days. recalibrated and ran auto test to check unit. unit ran through all tests and checks. didnt have steady drip when done. he said its not every cycle. will order parts needed and office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Control)
