"CX complant. Noise from freezer. Inspected unit and found no abnormal sounds. Turned temp down to -5 and fans kicked on , No abnormal sounds. CX stated could be ice hitting fan blade in freezer. Ordering evap fan and blade . Sceduled for two weeks from tody. RB; ordrng 1 W11024089 (motor) and 1 WP2169142 (fan blade.)"

"Inspected the unit . Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is freezing Food. Thermistor reading are 5, 053 K Ohms & 1, 760 K ohms. Checked the Temperatures in the Refrigerator Section. I'm getting 45.4 Degrees and Freezer is reading 8.3 Degrees.( Unit is in a defrost . I can hear the Heater Element . ) Called Whirlpool Techline. Per Whirlpool Techline cx needs to put fruits and vegetables in a Ziploc bags or containers. ( please see Sd Pictures. ) Techline had me bump up the Refrigerator temps to 40 Degrees. They said for the cx to allow 48 hours for setting to settle. Unit is working as Designed."

Installed the Door Seal. Heated the Door Seal with Heat Gun. Doors are sealed. Unit is working as Designed.
