Arrived at CX home. CX never inspected new tub before calling for Appt. I opened box up in front of her and there was oil splattered all inside of tub. She also found a dent on the bottom of tub. CX did not want tub installed in this condition. Reordering tub. I informed CX to make sure she opens box for new tub when it comes and inspect it thoroughly before calling for appt.. Cannot reschedule; ordrng 1 W11409865 (Re order TUB)

"CX complaint is oven lights. Inspected/tested and found when door closed on top oven the lights stay dim and dont turn off. When door is opened the left light get really bright and the right one turns off.. CX stated unit worked fine until they used self clean. Unit had and F6E4 error code for control and UI issue. Ordering door latch, controls and console. Cannot reschedule due to fbo parts needed; ordrng 1 W11598123 (latch) and 1 W11600355 (console) and 1 W11261169 (control) and 1 W11261167 (control)"

CX complaint is LF element not working right. Replaced switch only. Element was not needed. CX due refund for element+tax which is $246.03. Element was CBE anyway and CX should have never been charged. Spoke to HM. Unit is now working properly.. Job is complete;

Cx complaint is unit making a thumping noise. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Replaced blower wheel from previous diagnosis and unit is now working as designed. Job is complete.

Pressure tested system with 150psi for 30mins and pressure did not drop. WPTL is putting unit up for review. Job is complete.
