cx complaint the unit is making alot of noise. checked the unit and found a roller that was sticking and a squealing roller. repalced all parts and tgesgted operationl. unit is running as designed.

"replaced the control and wire harness. put the unit back together and tested operation. unit is running as designed. tested in a normal and a draing and spin. no error codes present. cx does not have hot water hooked up therefore, i advised them to use the tap cold settings. recommend getting the leak fixed for hot water."

cx complaint the unit is not filling. checked the unit and found that the control has a short in it. it is sending voltage to the drain pump any time i start a cycle. continuosly trying to drain as it is filling the tub. unit needs a new control and a harness aswell. parts on order.; ordrng 1 W11591637 (wire harness) and 1 W11633362 (control)

"cx complaint frost build up , checked unit and found control has double stickers and find that control will not send unit into defrost , defrosted unit and checked harness everything checked good with heater harness replaced control and tested unit is now running as designed ."

"cx complaint cold water side not working, it will start then it will not fill water operations-water fill . . . checked unit and added proper ser # to ticket checked and found no error codes stored to unit , disasembled and found valve connetion unseated from cold valve not allowing proper vac to valve reseated and tested all major componets everything checked good and unit is running as designed ."
