Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the heater/harness and the ice door. I was unable to power the unit. Job complete

Per previous diag I was able to access and replace the control and moisture sensor. I then tested the unit and found that it is functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that on certain cycles the unit is saying its dry in only a few minutes. Upon arrival I found no error codes. i then access the control and tested the moisture sensor at the control and found that it is reading OL when Jumping the strips. I also checked it at the connection in the bottom as well. I am ordering the moisture harness and will use the control on return. Cx complaint is that the unit is going off balance on larger loads and is banging and will not restart. Upon arrival I found an F0E9. I cleared the error and ran the diag test. I found that the unit is able to complete the test without any issues. I then cycled the power and started a drain and spin cycle. The unit entered the cycle without any issues and spun. The unit is functioning as intended at this time.
