Nothing was done to rectify the problem. The technicians own notes states the bottom door doesn’t close flush like upper door. Once he said “I don’t want to get married to this oven door”, I knew he didn’t know how to correct the problem. I had the contractor stop by and he said it’s obvious the door isn’t closing correctly & looks twisted.
