CX LOWES complaintg no power to unit power cord missing. no physical damage. replaced main power harnes. Unit now has a power cord and is powering on and cooling good

"Cs unit is not drying dishes, confirmed complaint. Found error code f7e1 no heat, verified heater element has continuity but not turning on. Ran diagnotics and found heater came on so harness is good too. Control board isnt supplying power in normal mode. ORderign control board.; ordrng 1 W11637581 (control)"

"cx complaint unit intermittently not making ice. water and ice dispensing works fine beside ice jamming up in chute every now and then. advised nothing can be done about ice jamming up in chute, just use finger to push it thru. icemaker is harvesting and filling good at this time. no cooling issues, ice cream is never soft. must be thermistor issue on icemaker. ordering icemaker, in stock. scheduled return visit for 10/12; ordrng 1 W11546935 (icemaker)"

"pop already on file showing delivery date of 12/28/22. cx complaint unit giving f7e4 and f6e3 errors. inspected unit and verified complaint. found collar on slider came loose so it cant engage with rotor. when i took rotor off, found gearcase oil inside it, pic saved. replaced slider so cx can use unit while waiting on parts. ordering gearcase, stator, slider, control and returning with clutch. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W11195971 (stator) and 1 W10734521 (slider) and 1 W11419171 (control)"
