"Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud grinding noise in parts of thye spin cycle. Upon arrival I I ran a drain and spin cycle and found that the belt began slipping. ANd when the unit attempted to change diraction I could hear the splutch grinding. I accessed the drive assembly and found the the splutch has failed. I also found that the gear case has play in it. i am ordering the gearcase, and related parts. I was unable to loosen the spanner nut and will order that as well. Please contact cx when the parts are available to schedule the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11481722 (Shifter) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W11449840 (Gear case) and 1 W11551646 (Splutch)"

Cx complaint is that the Lights are not working on the FC and RC Ceiling. Upon arrival i found that the FC LED has failed. i then attempted to replace the LED and found that the connector has been foamed in. I called TL and spoke withRich. I sent pics to them and per recommendation I cleared the foam around where the splices would need to rest. I tehn replaced the LED. The unit is now lighting as intended. Job complete.

"replaced control still same error, called tl SPOKE TO chris, had me check power p8 p1 all checks good indicating bad control again no further work needed and deeming non repairable. will need to be reached out by lowes about next step using same sr#;"

Upon arrival I found that I did not receive the control in my bin. I called the office and they rescheduled the appointment for Monday 4/10; saved ticket

replaced control still found the unit to not be heating when exposing the element found 2 things first is the element is open line and the harness at the lement is also broken.. will need W10901572 along with the element and tco for repair completion; ordrng 1 W10901572 (harness)
