Alex was very professional and kind in rendering service to our dryer. Although it wasn’t totally fixed the first time due to the mishandling of replacement part (drum) by Fedex (not Via’s fault), he made sure that the other issues (noise and moisture sensor) were fixed so the wait for the part wasn’t a problem at all. He made sure that said part is handled properly this time around by delivering it himself.
