Cx complaint there's ice at bottom of FC. Inspected and found the evap drain clogged. Removed ice from bottom and steamed out drain. Poured hot water through drain to ensure the water went down. Unit checks good

Cx complaint food splashing out and glass wobbling. Was able to access unit and verify concern. Found that the turn table ring was warped and causing the glass to wobble and liquid to spill out and was causing support to wear heavily. Replaced both with pre-id and tested unit now operates as designed no further work needed

"Was able to access unit and verify complaint. Removed cooktop to find thermal event at switch harness which caused the right rear valve to seize. While trying to remove the screws were all striping from the orifcace holders and burner tube. Will need valves, valve screws, oriface holders, and burner screws. Ordering all parts needed for repair and once in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 8286069 (manifold) and 4 WP3186217 (valve screw)s and 2 WP4456817 (valve)s and 1 WP8286560 (rapid valve) and 4 WP3188425 (switch seal)s and 8 WP3368921 (burner screws)s and 1 WPW10128448 (rr orifice holder) and 1 WPW10128450 (lr orifice holder) and 2 WPW10128451 (lf rf orifice)s"

"As per previous visit was able to access unit and replace part. Found noise during spin. Found belt wearing splutch. Replaced with van stock. Calibrated and tested unit and unit is ramping up and banging around found unit will need suspension, gearcase and motor with a 2 call count. Once approved and in office will need to set return; ordrng 1 W10721967 (splutch (JL VS)) and 1 W11239857 (belt (JL VS)) and 1 W10913953 (actuator) and 1 W11454734 (gearcase) and 1 W10890624 (motor) and 1 W11130362 (suspension), used 1 W10721967 (splutch (JL VS)), and 1 W11239857 (belt (JL VS)) from stock"
