"Customer complaint is unit not cooling. Found fan evap fan motor not running and frost on evap. Went into diagnostics and found the defrost sensor is good, but the heater will not get hot. Also the evap fan works in diagnostics but not out of it. Gave customer quote for the control. Customer approved estimate. NTO part.; ordrng 1 W11566851 (control)"

Installed new parts. Found noise is quieter now but its still there. It looks like the idler pulley is hitting the drum. NTO idler spring and drum.; ordrng 1 WPW10446781 (idler spring) and 1 W10545923 (drum)

Customers complaint is not heat in either oven. Found no power going to either element is either oven. NTO controls and 2 man.; ordrng 1 W11448962 (control) and 1 W11598200 (control)

Installed new parts. All check ok.

Customer complaint is unit defrosted the food. Thermistor was a little off of what it should be. Right now unit is cooling properly and it only defrosted once. Based on what the customer explained it seemed like it got stuck in defrost. Customer also states the temp setting on the UI changes on its own. Quoted customer the cost for repair and they decided not to fix at this time.
