"cx complaint unit developing condensation in rc (cx kept saying frost, but there is no 'frost' in the rc, she is describing condensation). inspected unit and found based on cx description the issue is normal operation. cx states when the rc door is opened, the glass shelves will 'fog' with moisture. this is a normal occurence when the warm air in the house meets the 37/38 degree environment of the rc. UNIT IS OPERATING AS DESIGNED. no repair can be made to reduce warm air entering the unit when door is opened."

CX complaint about unit leaking gas when on stops when shuts valve confirmed issue found a very faint leak only with leak detector unable to tell from where getting everything that can be causing this need parts; ordrng 1 W11684515 (tube gas) and 1 WP98014893 (valve-gas)

"cx complaint warm temps in rc and no ice production. inspected unit and immediately found 37 degrees in rc and 2 degrees in fc. checked and found no ice in bin. test 56- shows E5 error code. ran test 57 and found unit to dispense ice and ended with an 01 designation. checked p14 connector and found 12vdc to the ice box fan and 5vdc to the fan speed signal wire. despite recent fan replacement, it would appear the fan is in fact the failed component again. orderign control in case fan is failing due to internal short.; ordrng 1 W10846539 (evaporator fan blade)"
