"cx complaint that unit is not stoped making noise and when arrived found pump stuck on was able to turn off and reset the unit ran calibration, checked suspension checked incoming water psi and also the shifting movmenets to agiate and spin... they said it fills with too much water ... after running mutple test no issue with water incoming to much... told cx they should ecpect a larger amount of water for anything bc of the agitator has to have enough water to clear the fins to have it work efficently."
