"cx complaint unit is making a grinding noise when running a cycle. inspected unit and entered diag and found 0 saved error codes. ran auto test and found unit was making a grinding noise. lifted unit and found splutch teeth were grinding due to actuator not fully egaging. i was able to replace the splutch and actuator with van stock and found unit now checks good.; ordrng 1 w11481722 (actuator (FG VS)) and 1 W10721967 (cam (FG VS)), used 1 W11481722 (ACTUATOR), and 1 W10721967 (CAM) from stock"

i was able to access unit and replace the control and console as per previous visit. tested unit and found unit now checks good.

CX complains unit agitator has failed. Unit is within manufacture warranty according to pop. Found unit agitator had seperated and bolt had backed out causing failure. Was able to replace with pre i.d parts and retest unit. unit now works as designed. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED.

CX complains unit will not drain. Found unit drain pump harness to be severed. Was able to reconnect harness and restore draining functions. Unit will need lower harness replaced for repair. Was able to replace lower harness with prei.d part. Retested unit and unit now works as designed. No further work needed. CX DECLINED EMAIL DUE TO BEING RENTAL.
